This is an update blog post, not one that has much content, but more like a ‘what’s happening’ update.
It’s not easy to keep a podcast running. It takes a lot of planning, effort, commitment, and enthusiasm from everyone involved.
Over the one year or so that we published podcast episodes, we had the enthusiasm to plan, and record podcast episodes on a regular basis. We actually recorded many more that have not been published. However, it was hard to keep editing, and publishing the podcast as time went on.
We probably should have hired an editor to do it instead of us, but I (Susheel), am something of a control-freak when it comes to relinquishing responsibility of something that is still growing. I want to see what I can do with it, before creating a formula that works, and handing it over to someone else. Also, we were broke. The podcast started with no budget, and we didn’t want to spend money on a hobby project during an extended global pandemic.
So… we stopped publishing.
I think it’s time to change that.
There are probably eight episodes that Rohan and I recorded, but that haven’t seen the light of day.
Now, even though the context may no longer be relevant for these episodes, and the content might be a bit outdated, I think I owe it to Rohan to make sure that these episodes are edited and published sometime in the near future.
I’m not sure whether these episodes will be published as video podcasts, or just audio. I’ve yet to determine how to go about resurrecting this archive content, yet I’m writing this blog post, to announce to the internet at large that this intention is present, and must see its way through to completion.
Watch this space in the coming days and weeks as we prepare to share exciting new content with you.
